Mariculture around Australia

All Australian states and the Northern Territory are rapidy developing aquaculture with many species being farmed including fish, crustaceans and molluscs from the tropical north to the temperate south. Many species are grown in several states so, in this unit, the farming oof each species is only described in detail for one state.
